We hate spam! We also know that all of our clients hate spam. Heck, everyone hates spam! Unfortunately, spam keeps getting worse and worse.

Although we offer spam filters for email upon request, many clients do not use them. Just like us, they want to be sure they receive all of their legitimate email. The only way you can do that it to go through each and every email you receive. That means that you also have to check all the email in your spam filters. If that’s the case, what good are spam filters?

This is why we attempt to remove as much as the spam from your email as possible before it gets to you. The hard part is to remove 100% spam and let the good email go through. We use over 12 processes which are very affective at removing spam. Right now, we are able to remove at least 95% of the spam before it gets to you. So if you think you’re getting a lot now, you have NO idea how much you really should be receiving!

We have started testing a new process a few days ago. Many of you may have noticed it. There is a 1 second delay when you send your email. We can extend this to as many seconds as we want. This delay is there for a reason. Many spammers are in a hurry to send as much spam as possible. If they try to connect to our servers and there is a delay, they move on and don’t send the spam, thus you don’t receive it!

We need to hear from you on this new spam test.

Please visit our sales contact page and for the “Hosting Package” select “Other”. Let us know your thoughts on the above. If the response if favorable and spam is reduced, we will continue to have a 1 second delay when sending email. But if the responses are not good and/or the spam isn’t reduced, we will discontinue the test.
